Beginning of the end!

Hey hey folks!

Well I am a officially a senior, and must say it is kind of weird this being the last summer before I am a post grad!

Next summer, I will have a whole new set of problems to worry about!

I started my internship in late May, and so far so good. Again, it is not what I would have expected a music internship to be, but after talking to my adviser earlier today, I have a new take on things. Since my field is journalism, and I am used to the writing aspect of things, it is not a bad thing to be exposed to new skills, and ways of doing thing. If anything, I’ll gain some new skills in organizational communication, and see how things are done in that area.

On another note, the church I belong to, The Journey recently just started their new teaching series this past weekend called “God on Film.” Each summer, this 7-8 weeks series takes a look at some of the big summer blockbusters, and finds the Godly message in them. Out of all the movies we are looking at this summer, I cannot wait to hear the “Toy Story 3: Growing Through Transitions” and “Eclipse: Truth About Love” messages.

Everyone goes through transistions, and everyone falls in love, so being where I am in my life, I am/have gone through them all!
